Eli was awarded a second round of funds from Providence ACT to continue work on the 450-million-year timeline of flora and fauna they are building out of recyclables at Providence Public Library!
As part of BLOODTIDE holiday efforts, Eli has been leading participants (ages 1-97, so far) in the creation of a 450-million-year timeline of flora and fauna made (mostly) from recyclables. The organisms (tapirs to tardigrades, fungus to fireflies) will be installed, in evolutionary order, in the Providence Public Library stairwell later this winter. Everybody is welcome to come transform trash into primordial life forms! No experience necessary. This project is made possible with funds from the Providence Dept. of Art, Culture and Tourism.
